Juliette is my favorite followed by Josefina, Josephine, and Camelia.

I've never personally liked the sound of Marcel(l)a or Cassandra, or the spelling of Karolina.

Laurel and Marcella are current favorites of mine. I've always liked Iris, but it seems to be rapidly rising in popularity. Same goes for Josephine. Nothing kills a name's appeal for me quicker than that. Elizabeth is really over used for my taste. I can take or leave Cassandra, Camelia and Juliette.

Camelia - Prefer spelled Camellia, like the flower. Camellia is my favorite name of all time. I was going to use it for my daughter but I was worried that it was too out there so I used Amelia instead. It needs used more often!
Carolina/Karolina (ka-ro-LEE-na) - So pretty! Love this name.
Cassandra - Kind of bland to me but nothing wrong with it.
Elizabeth - Timeless classic!
Iris - LOVE this name. One of my favorites at the moment.
Josefina - Ho-suh-fee-nuh if pronounced like that is not my favorite at all. Never would be able to get myself to name a child a name that begins with "hoe".
Josephine - Love Josephine. So beautiful.
Juliette (ju-li-ET) - Very pretty. Prefer it spelled Juliet and prefer it as a middle name only.
Laurel - BEAUTIFUL NAME. It's so uncommon too which makes it perfect!
Marcella/Marcela - Not too wild about this name but it's not a bad name.

Favorites:
Camellia
Iris
Laurel

Least Favorites:
Josefina
Juliette
Marcella / Marcela

Camelia- Pretty but I prefer Camila
Carolina- very pretty! Caroline is used more often but I prefer Carolina. Not a fan of Karolina.
Cassandra- I agree with the poster above. Bland.
Elizabeth- boring and overused although has many great nicknames!
Iris- LOVE! So pretty, but not girly and frilly
Josefina- it's beautiful in Spanish pronounced Ho-seh-fee-nah, but in English, people would pronounce it like Josephine-uh and beginning in hoe could lead to teasing.
Josephine- beautiful but prefer Josefina
Juliette- like, I do prefer this spelling to Juliet but it's a little too girly for me. Julie and Jules are really cute nicknames.
Laurel- love! Simple but not dated or ugly.
Marcela/Marcella- eh. Okay. Nothing special.

Camelia: reminds me too much of a chameleon
Carolina/Karolina: I'd go with the "K" spelling, just so it's easier for people to break the association from the Carolina states
Cassandra: gorgeous!
Elizabeth: also gorgeous (and so many nickname possibilities!)
Iris: I love this name paired with a long and elegant middle name
Josefina: I love this! It has the charm of Josephine (the best literary character) without the popularity
Josephine: I love it and if popularity doesn't both you, I think it's a keeper
Juliette: also gorgeous, but I prefer the classic spelling (Juliet)
Laurel: gorgeous; just like Iris, it deserves a long and elegant middle
Marcella/Marcela: will it be pronounced with a C like "cell" or like "chell"? I think the "chell" pronunciation is just a bit too Italian, but that's my opinion!

My favorites are definitely Cassandra, Elizabeth, and Josephine.

Good luck!
