Not sure where you get Enzo out of Henry. That just sounds confusing, especially when he starts school.

Henry is a great choice. Classic, handsome and loaded with nickname possibilies.

The beauty of nicknames is the ease with which you, or he, can change them. Enzo is a great idea. Never thought of that. To me anything can be a nickname. It's for showing affection, creativity, whimsy, being at ease, etc. So why not Enzo, if you both love it.

Another idea beyond Hank, Harry or Hal is Hickory. Good luck! :0)

P.S. Variants of Henry include Enrico and Heinric / Emmerich / Emeric / Emery and Kendrick. So I can also see Rico and Rick as nicknames. :0)

Enzo makes zero sense as a nickname, unless you're giving him the middle name Enzo.

Accoridng to Nameberry, Enzo is the Italian variation of Henry

I like Enzo as a nickname!

I don't see the connection between Henry and Enzo. Vincenzo or Lorenzo, nn Enzo makes more sense.
Henrik is a cool variant that's popular in the UK.

People in these comments don't see the connection to Enzo and Henry, yet they see the connection to Edward and Ted..

I think Enzo is a fine nickname. Have him whatever you like the best, regardless of other peoples opinions.

Henry is cute and classic! I think I prefer the nickname Hen over Enzo just because there is no z in Henry!
