I think Arabella sounds the prettiest. Her nickname could be Bella, or Belle, which i always thought was adorable.

I also love Arabella. It is so elegant and has nice nickname options. Allegra is also really beautiful and I love how unusual it is.

Guest, Allegra is based off of a musical term. In my opinion, it is a beautiful name and I didn't think of the medicine until you mentioned it.
