I have one that I like more, just wondering what one you guys like. It's probably what his name will be. Also do you like these name are to popular? I really would hate to name him that and for there to be one in each class.

My friend just had a baby and named him Ronan. I had never heard of it before that. I really do like Roman personally though. Best wishes!!!

All three are great options. You can't go wrong with any of them. Remember when you are looking at baby name popularity charts that a top ten name isn't what it was 30 - 40 years ago. More and more parents are going for unique names so the pool is much larger (at least here in the U.S.). Good luck! :0)

Ronan got my vote! I love the Irish meaning of "little seal." Ronan is also the least popular of the three in the US (Roman is the most popular, then Rowan, then Ronan). I know both a Rowan and a baby Roman, but I don't know any Ronans.

Rowan got my vote. I do love Ronan as well. I find both names very romantic. I was surprised to see that Ronan is less popular than Rowan. I actually know 2 Ronans and zero Rowans. Which was partly why Rowan got my vote. I don't know any Romans either but I like the other two choices better.

People use Rowan on girls (Brooke Shields daughter for one)but I've never heard of Roman or Ronan on a girl (of course-who knows? No name is safe anymore)
