I've never heard of this name, but I think it's beautiful! I'm not a fan of the Aveah spelling, it looks odd to me. Avaya would probably have fewer pronunciation problems. But I think Aveia looks best out of your options so it gmv. The only problem with Aveia is it could be mispronounced as uh-vy-uh or uh-vee-uh, rather than uh-vay-uh. If I can suggest a different spelling it would be Avaia. It would probably have less pronunciation problems than some of the others and it looks better than some of the others imo.

C.C, thank you so much for your comment and suggestion. I love the spelling Avaia but i think some people would pronounce it as Uh-vy-uh, something like Amaia. We'll keep this on our list, thank you.

Avaya is the clearest on how to pronounce it.
