Auley/Aulie/Auleigh vs. Yes vs. No
We love the name Ollie but hate the spelling. I recently came across Auley, an Irish name pronounced the same way, and love the spelling a lot more. However, it is traditionally a boys name and it is for a girl. Since it is so rare do you think it could pass as a girls name? Also, which spelling is best? We are leaning more towards Aulie because it looks more feminine but we wanted some thoughts first. Thank you guys!

I like it.The Auley spelling is my favorite.
I like Aulie or Auley, but I would't pronounce it the same as Ollie. Aulie to me to pronounced aw-lee.
Agree with Cigi. In some countries Ollie and Auley will be pronounced the same way, but in quite a few other countries they sound different

I like the Aulie spelling. There's also Ali. Think Muhammed Ali. His last name is pronounced like (Ollie)
