WDYT vs. Luke and Lucy vs. too similar?

I’m pregnant with my fourth child, and it is a girl. I’ve always loved the name Lucy but already have a son named Luke. I was just wondering what your thoughts are on whether or not these names are too similar. I also have my oldest son, Jason, and a daughter Abigail. Also, when naming your kids, did you choose a different letter for each name or did that not matter to you? Just curious. Opinions would help. Thanks.

yes, i think they are too similar. it might get confusing when you are calling their names. it sounds like you have twins. the other two names are so much different. it doesn’t matter if you have two kids with the same initial imo. anyway, if you have your heart set on lucy, go with it. GL!

I would say they are too similar but if you love it go for it! Its not a big deal if you have the two start with the same letter.

i think they are two close together an i did give all my children different letters for there names and my sisters kids all have different letters then my children and her kids two

A,N,J and my sister has a
S,K,C

I dont think that it matters too much but if it bothers you, you can use it as a mn :)
