Under the age of 34 I have only known girls named Bailey. It was traditionally a boy name but back in the 90's it became more popular for girls. That being said it was never really popular for boys. The highest out of the top 1000 for boys it reached was #154 and that only lasted a year or two. Then it was in the top 200 for a very short time then it just kept dropping. I'd use it for a girl.

I have a nephew named Bailey. It probably at least leans masculine for that reason to me. But I've known both. I definitely prefer it for a boy. Most girl names ending in -ley don't do much for me for whatever reason.

I like it for a boy. I wouldn't want to give a daughter a unisex name but that's just me
