Thomasina-Willow so beautiful! This one is my favourite because it is a rare beauty of a name! Hazel-Mae I think is to popular of a name, same with Charlotte-Joy. Charlotte and Hazel are both overused and Mae I think is too popular and boring. Joy is cute maybe Thomasina-Joy or Willow-Joy! I do not think you should go with Hazel or Charlotte because of the popularity and overuse, Mae is a little to bland for me. Joy is pretty but not my favourite with Charlotte! But I adore Thomasina-Willow!

Hazel-Mae is darling. I feel like the other two options are a lot for a double first name. She'll most likely drop one or the other, and it could be shortened even more. Hazel-Mae is very likely to stay Hazel-May, rather than just Charlotte (or Charlie/Lottie) or just Thomasina (or Tommie/Sina). I don't like Thomasina to begin with, sorry. I also agree the hyphen isn't the best idea, because on paperwork and such, it becomes an issue. You can still call her by both names without hyphen. I love Millie Jane, but you might like:

Charlotte Joy is really cute. Willow and Mae are pretty too. I personally really don't care for Hazel or Thomasina. Thomasina has a lot of syllables to add another part of the name. I think it would get shortened somehow.
