For some reason when used as a stand alone name I prefer the spelling Emme and when used as a nickname I prefer the spelling Emmy so I voted for Emme Leah but to be honest I don't think any of these options work that well because when said together they sound like they are basically blending into the name Emilia.
I think you'd be better off to use Emilia add a totally different middle name and then you could call her Emmy as a nickname.
