Loo-CHEE-ah vs. Loo-SEE-ah vs. LOO-sha

How would you pronounce the name Lucia? My first guess would be to say LOO-sha, but I'm wondering if that's how most people would say it or not. If you pronounce it a different way than the ones i have listed, please comment. Thank you for your comments and votes!

My two-year old is Lucia (Luci) and we pronounce her name as Lou-see-ah.

CHEE = Italian pronunciation
SEE = Spanish pronunciation
SHA = English pronunciation

I don't know of any other pronunciation. My advice to you is to choose the one you like the best!

There's also Loose-ya which is only slightly different than Loo-see-ah.

I prefer Luciana (Loo-chee-ahna), Lucina (Loo-cheena in Italian or Loo-sin-uh in Armenian), Lucienne (Loo-see-enn), Lucilla, Lucinda.

I know a half Swedish and half Italian called Lucia, and she pronounces it as loo-see-ah - which is my preferred pronunciation of the name too! :)
