I love both Charlotte and Caroline but dislike Charlie for a girl. Charlotte, nn Lottie would be my preference!

If you are really wanting to call her Charlie, then Charlotte is the more natural choice. I do really like Lottie too. I love Caroline, but I think a more natural nickname would be Carrie.
