I definitely wouldn't say that either are 'terrible', especially not Johanna! I wouldn't go for JoyAnna though, it just sounds too similar to the original Joanna that I think it would often be misspelt, I also don't think people would always make the A a capital.

I love the name but since Hannah is almost always spelled like this (and a lot of others like Savannah and Delilah for example)Johanna just looks incomplete to me without the h on the end.
