Adeline Josephine isn't ideal even though the endings are usually pronounced differently (line, leen).

I'm not a fan of Adelyn so I voted for Adelina. It isn't the best option either but at least there's an "a" at the end of the name. Have you considered Adeline Josephina/Josefina?

Adeline (Adelyn) got my vote. I do like pronouncing this name as adaleen but with Josephine it's a little too rhymey. Adelina is very gorgeous as well. Adelyn I'm not a fan of just because you can spell it Adeline, like Madeline. Adeline (Adelyn) Josephine would be your best bet strictly because of the middle name.
