It depends on pronunciation. I think Johanna is Joe-honn-uh, whereas the other two are Joe-ann-uh.
I don’t like the last choice with the h at the end. It looks like it’s supposed to be Jonah.

I like Joanna the best by far. Johanna is ok but sounds kinda harsh making it less feminine imo. Never seen "Joannah" it always reminds me of Johannah which is like "Norah" compared to "Nora" It just doesn't look right with the h. Joanna gmv.
