Ayla is "Ay-lah" to me. Aila maybe works. I do prefer Isla or Eila.

I would pronounce these Ay-la. The pronunciation you want would be Isla. Eilah may work though.

Eyla or Eylah?
All are super confusing. Go with Isla if you want eyeluh.
Eila or I-la are options if not Isla as in island.

Definitely NOT a fan..I can never pronounce these
They are all pronounced like "eye" la. Isla is not a part of our culture and no one would say it correctly.

I would say all of these as Ay-la so Eilah would be the best option to get the pronunciation you want

Ajla. I think the other two will be constantly mispronounced by not just people outside of your culture but in your culture as well.
