I think Jack works well, but I'd use Charles with the nickname Charlie. Georgia and James are both full names, so it'd be strange to have one nickname among the bunch. If you had Georgie, Jamie, Charlie and Jack, then I'd say it was Jack that stood out and should be Jackie.

I always dislike it when two siblings dont share a letter and a third does with one of them, it normally makes the one without the shared letter feel left out and the ones with the shared letter feel less unique with their names (taken from the several families I know with multiple children obviously every person is different) so going off of that I couldnt like Jack since you have a James, but seperate from that I really do like Charlie more than Jack, it is super cute
