The meanings turns me off for both names. Rivka means snare. Rifka means to bind. Not a good thing.

^^ The name Rebecca comes from the Hebrew Rivka. (I think the Biblical version was Rivqah, but I think that one looks kind of ugly).

I think Rivka just looks prettier. Otherwise, I don't really have a strong opinion between the two.
