We don't like the spellings Teagan or Reagan for a girl. Teagan and Tegan are separate names. Teagan (Tea-ghin) is an Irish name meaning "Poet"; Tegan (Tegg-an)is of Welsh origin meaning "beautiful, loved one, darling".
