Susannah makes me think of "Oh, Susannah." The original lyrics of the song are incredibly racist. Probably not something you want your child associated with.

Love Susanna no H. I know a lot of Susannas. I have never heard that song before and it's pretty dumb to associate an innocent name with it. Susannah got my vote but I still don't like the H but totally get it if you like it!

I wouldn't worry about the song. Susannah is a beautiful name. I've seen it both with and without the H. I don't think of it as dated but maybe that's because the two I know are both considerably younger than me (one a child, one a young adult). But it does have that sweet, nostalgic feel to it, very sunshine-y and innocent.
