I picked Liya because I think that's the most likely to be pronounced the way you want (though Leah or Lia would save spelling headaches). I might spell Riya Raya to get the Rye-uh pronunciation.

I would say Raya (ray-uh)
I would spell it like Riah as in Mariah

Spelled this way, I like Riya. It's really pretty. I think Leah would have gmv though I'm not loving Liya

Not sure how you pronounce apple, I say it ah-pple, so I voted for Talia.

I would say apple like the word ant or and.
