I would say them the same, but I can only recalling having seen it written as Viveca, so I assume that's the original spelling? I suppose it would work either way. But my first instinct if someone told me her name would be to write it down Viveca.

Yes, I pronounce them the same way. Viveka / Viveca is how it is spelled in Scandinavia. It's from the name Wiebke, meaning warrior. I first came across the name due to actress Viveca Lindfors. (I still enjoy saying her whole name out loud.)
The Vivica spelling, I think, is a confusion with Vivienne / Vivian, meaning lively. They aren't related, linguistically. So I prefer to keep it authentic with Viveca.
