Olivia Alice for a baby girl vs. Yes vs. No
We don't know our baby's sex yet but chose Olivia Alice for a girl. We announced our names to friends and family and most of them said Olivia Alice is similar to the clothing brand Alice + Olivia. Is this an issue? We're having second thoughts on Olivia Alice because of it.

Not an issue at all. This is YOUR baby, so you can name her what you want. I had never heard of the brand myself, so did take a stroll over. They seem to be regular clothes, so as far as that, it's not an issue. Olivia Alice together does seem a little "L" heavy but middle name are not used much so if you love it, go for it. Good Luck

Never heard of the clothing line before. Sounds like the people you told just don't like the name combination. I agree it's L heavy. I'm not super fond of the name Olivia myself it's ok and we have a cousin named Olivia, but I would never consider it myself for my daughter and I don't like the name Alice at all.

I've never heard of that clothing line. My one reservation is how popular Olivia is, but if that doesn't bother you, go for it!

Never heard of the clothing line but I would not use Olivia personally. It's been the number 1 most popular name for a while and I know A TON of little girls with that name. I'm getting a little tired of it to be completely honest, especially when there are so many other beautiful names to choose from why do you want her to be one of the Olivias in her class with an initial forever attached to distinguish her?

If Olivia's popularity bothered us we wouldn't use it. Thanks for helping! We think we'll still use Olivia Alice after all despite the Alice + Olivia brand.
