I would pronounce Kiara like key-are-uh, so I would go with Kierra - "like Sierra but with a K."

Around where I am, Kiara sounds like "key-are-uh" too, and Keira sounds like "keyr-ruh". I might go with Kiera or Kierra. Great name choice though!

Ciara is key air uh

That depends, when you say 'key' for the first syllable do you pronounce it more like kee (rhymes with Lee and sounds like the word key), or kay (like the letter K and the name Kay)?

We would pronounce it more like kee so the first way that you have said it you're comment.

I've never heard of kee-air-uh, but I think it's pretty! Since it's pronounced like Sierra with a K instead of a S, Kierra might be a good spelling. Kiaira or Kiayra could also work. But I wouldn't spell it Kiara or Ciara, because Ciara is the original Irish spelling of Kiera/Keira which is pronounced keer-uh, and Kiara is a spelling variation of Chiara which is pronounced kee-ar-uh.

Hmm, I'm trying to come up with something since neither of your spellings comes across as exactly key-air-huh to me.
Kierra = key-EH-rah the way I say it
Kiayra = key-AY-rah/key-A-rah, like saying the letter A in the middle, as in stay.
Kyera?
Kyaira?
