Brielle Samara vs. Brielle Samara-Medehanit vs. Brielle Medehanit

My Husband and I have been in love with the name Brielle Samara forever. We are adopting our next daughter Brielle from Africa. Her birthmother died from Marlia if she would have had medicine she would have lived. So they named Brielle, Medehanit which means medicine. Will hearing Medehanit remind her of losing her birthmother? Should we give up on our Brielle Samara and keep her Africian name, Medehanit as the middle name? Or share the middle names? Or just keep Samara?( by the way means guarded by God.) We are so confused! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Emma in Western Australia
We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
Baby Name Genie:
In the space between unique and ordinary is a special category of names I think of as "antiques." They are familiar and well-used names that are not widely in use these days. For your son, I give you Oscar Jude - a perfectly ordinary, unique name.
