I want to name my first daughter Dove. I can’t think of a middle name yet. I used to know one or two girls named Dove, and they never got teased because they had such a sweet and caring personality. It’s a beautiful name, and my husband think so as well. Is it suitable for a first name or is it too short. Can you suggest some middle names please? Thank you!

We are having Boy/Girl twins! They are our first children and we want to pick the best names for them! We’ve decided on Percy for our son and we won’t change our minds on that name, but we’re having trouble with our little girl’s name! These are just 3 options we thought of, please please please suggest a few others each. Thank you! Elena, Brendan, Percy, and baby girl

Hello. My name is Caroline. I have 3 kids: Abby Victoria (yes, her FULL NAME is Abby) and Jack Richard who are 7 (twins), and Gavin Robert who is 4. I am expecting a baby girl this January. I love Lila Quinn, but I am worried it would be too out of place with her siblings. I also like Ella Josephine, which family members say is less "awkward" (their words). What should I do? should I go with Lila Quinn? Is it really that out of place? *** Just to say this, I know that everyone has different styles of naming (e.g. boy names for girls- Brayden Or unique spellings- Sofeeah (Sophia)) These are not particularly my style, but THAT DOESN’T MAKE THEM BAD!!!! If my syle is not the same as yours that’s fine, if you completely disagree with me on all name options that’s also fine. Telling me my choices are BAD.... not so fine. Jut so were clear. This applies to all polls not just mine.

We have two daughters; Lennox, 6 and Bayleigh, 2. We are now having twins, a boy and a girl, who will be our last children. Obviously you can tell that we favour unisex/more masculine names on our daughters and that’s what we want for our new addition. However, we don’t want "traditional" names that are used very commonly on boys and hardly at all on girls such as James etc. For our son, we’re concerned with finding a name that still sounds strong with sisters unisex names. We also generally prefer more uncommon names but don’t mind fairly popular names either. Can you think of any names that would fit well with sisters Lennox and Bayleigh?

My husband is a huge DC fan, and wants our children to have character names. We have a six year old son called Damien Slade, after Batman’s son and Deathstroke. Now we’re having a girl! He wants to name her after Harley Quinn, and I’m not sure that’s a good idea. I want our beautiful girl to have a beautiful name! Out of the names we’ve put together so far what seems best? I’m also open to suggestions. Thank you for helping. ~Genny

I prefer the spelling Kaitlyn but a lot of people have said its better to spell it Caitlin. However if I spelled it Caitlin it looks far to close to Cailin which is my cousins name, also with the C I have a sister named Carol and my name is Catherine. I wanted to use a variation of my name without it being too close and have its own feel. What do you think?
