My Husband and I are both teachers, my husband teaches 4th grade and I teach 2nd grade. We want a name that none of our students have. This year I have 2 variations of Emma 1 Finn and my husband has a Finn and and Emily and over the past years weve both had a lot of Masons/Rileys/Rubys/Lilys etc. We want some new, fresh names that nobody else has for our kid, because we know the difficulty of sharing the name with someone in your class, as we have to differentiate the kids by last initial. Thank you for taking on this task! -Jan and Chris
We are a nature loving family. We recently found out we’re having fraternal twin girls. We want nature names for them but that’s as matchy as we are going to be. We don’t like it when they have the same letter. Their individual people. We are thinking maybe Autumn and Iris but that’s all we’ve been c11e able to come up with so far. Nothing common like Lily, Rose, etc.
Completely stumped on names for a boy. Want something uncommon and unusual, and not just alternate spellings of common names (no Braedyn, Brayden, Braden...you see where I’m going with this?). Maybe names from mythology or nature or literature? Thanks for the help!
We want to use "Louise" as a middle name to honor my mom but we are stuck on a first name and can’t seem to agree. Any suggestions? Our last name is 3 syllables. Thank you!!
My husband and I just recently found out we are expecting our first child and have know idea wher to start with name nor do we think we have a certain style that we like so we want yo hear YOUR favorite names to get an idea for our son/ daughter and any future children. James will for sure be the middle name if we have a boy and probably Katherine if we have a girl.
We love Casper for our daughter. I love the flow and especially the sper part at the end ( it sounds great with our last name) I don’t lime Vesper, Harper or Piper. I do like Juniper but my husband doesn’t
Hi all, we have a list of baby girl names in the first comment. We would love some input. We are after an unusual girls name without being too "out there". What are your favourites from the list and we would love some middle name suggestions. Any other name suggestions are welcomed. She will be joining big brother Parker. Thanks :)
Hi everyone! My husband and I are expecting our 3rd child and I need help finding a name from a song as it’s now a tradition. Our oldest child is named Beth and my husband named her, "Beth" by kiss came on the radio day we found out she was a girl so my husband picked that, we both agreed on Jude for our son and that is obviously from "Hey Jude" by the Beatles. We were thinking maybe Layla(Eric Clapton song) but we aren’t 100% so we’d like some ideas. Thanks in advance!
We do not know if we are having a little boy or girl in early Feb. But in the first comment is a rather large list of all the names we are considering. Please help us narrow it down whether you tell us what you think of all of them, rank them on a scale of 1-10, pick favorites, or tell us what to eliminate, we don’t care we just really want to figure out which names are best. Thank You!
I love the name Abraham. I think of a strong, upstanding go getter that doesn’t give up like President Abraham Lincoln. But I’m afraid it might be considered similar to "hipster" names and no one will take him seriously...wdyt?
