Genevieve vs. Eve

I am pregnant with my first and love the name Genevieve after one of my favorite movies. But is the name to long and princessy for a real little girl? I also feel like I would call her "Eve" so was thinking about maybe just doing Eve instead of Genevieve since I'd call her that anyway. I can't think of any middle names for Eve though. Please help me decide and if you vote Eve comment some middle names please and thanks so much!
