Elise vs. Elyse vs. Ellise

I think we’ll be naming our daughter Sophia Elise with a two-syllable last name. Which spelling of Ellise do you prefer... or another variant like Elysse? I’m a little concerned about it being confused or mispronounced as Elsie the Borden cow, but want to keep it simple, too. Also, it has to start w/ E, not A, or her initials will be SAC. Eww. Thanks for your input!

Help! I love the name Guinevere, but I can't think of a really good brother and sister name for her. Since Guinevere is so empowering, I want the next names to be powerful as well. Thanks, Genie!
