Is there any way to honor someone named Holden in our daughter's name besides Holly? Should we save it for if we ever have a boy?
I grew up in a Amish family and was raised by the bible till I turned 17 and left. My husband and I are now having a baby girl and we are overjoyed but finding it difficult to come up with names. My name is Havilah and it basically means suffers pain. My husband and I are now not religious and do not want a name that is biblical or even close to it. The only problem is that the only name we have liked so far is Esther. We have decided not to name her Esther but we do need to decide on a name so we would love some suggestions!!!
Thanks~ Havilah & Ryan
We love the name Julia, but we want a spelling that is less common, as my husband and I both have common names with an unusual spelling. Right now we are considering Julya, pronounced Julia. Our last name is Gretchen. WDYT? Thanks! ~Rojer and Abigale
Thoughts on Nell? Either as a full name or nickname for Eleanor. I've always love the name Belle but worry it will become very popular following the new Beauty and the Beast film with Emma Watson so we're considering this as an alternative.
We're having BG twins and we love the name Jord(a/y)n, but we can't decide whether we want to use Jordan on a boy or Jordyn on a girl. Please help!
Which do you prefer for Arthur's little sister? Thanks for voting. We'd love more suggestions too.
Hi we are looking for a middle name for our daughter Jordan. Her twin brothers name will be Nicholas Cade/Kade (Nick). Thank you
Emerson is our last name. Will Teagan sound ok? We love that name. I think the endings are different enough not to sound rhyming.
We posted yesterday and both names tied. We have decided to take suggestions for first names. The name has to be popular names from the 90's or early 2000's. No names that were popular after 2005, no middle name suggestions. No names that start with the letter B, C or K. Thanks, Hannah and Kyle
We love the name Giada but realize there are two different ways to say it...which way would you pronounce? Thank you!
Hello all! We are the posters from a few days ago looking for names that are a "mix between trendy and classic" We've thought a lot about it, and these are our top three for boys. (Leeland wasn't suggested, but we stumbled across it and really like it.) Paul was our #4 name, so we think it will make a good middle name (although its not set in stone) Which one is your favorite?
Due this summer with our first baby and it's a boy!! These are our final choices but we are stuck on middle names. Really love Luca but I worry it will become very popular. Which name is your favorite? We are also looking for nature inspired names for the MN if you have any suggestions. Thank you!!
