I just wanted to ask a question. My DH and I are debating on baby names. He likes "made-up" kinda names, whereas I love classic older names. One of the ?'s I ask him when he asks about a particular name is "can you see that on our daughter when she is older. On a college application, resume, or if she becomes a Dr, lawyer....??? Names like Brilyn, Kailey, I find are cute, but not suitable for an adult. What do you guys think? What criteria do you think about when naming your child? And any advice I can give to my husband about agreeing on a suitable appropriate name for our daughter? Thanks!

Thoughts on the name Catalina Rose? Do you like it? Hate it? My fiancé and I are about 90% sure this will be baby girls names but we wanted to get opinions.

Hi, due to a family tradition nearly all of our children have double barrelled names. I would like to continue that with my own daughter. Please suggest some names for us! Thank-you!

I have a daughter, Amelia, and I'm pregnant with my second girl. I was going to name her Dahlia but then I realized that both Amelia and Dahlia end in "lia". Is this a problem or do you think that I can get away with it? If you don't think I should name her Dahlia please leave suggestions on what else I can name her.

Two girl names that I have fallen in love with are Cora Dianne and Annabeth Joyce. Are the Anne in Dianne and the Anna in Annabeth too cheese? I would probably call Annabeth, Beth, for short sometimes and she could go by whatever she wanted when she is old enough to care. Thanks everyone!

Hello! I'd like to honour my grandma by using her name for my baby girl. My grandma's name is Evelyn but its pronounced Eve-Lyn, not Evv-lyn. What are your thoughts on Evelyn pronounced this way?
