We are having our second child in 2 weeks, a girl. We have been having a hard time finding any names we like. With our 1st we waited til he was born to choose a name for him but it was stressful. Trying to avoid that route this time. My husband likes unisex names, that are more popular on girls than boys, and I like names that are more classic. Popularity and trends isn’t an issue. Just can’t find anything we love.

With all these little girls being given boys names, I want my daughter to have a girls name. What are some lovely, feminine girls names?

Looking for a GIRLS name similar to Daniel. We were told a few weeks ago that we were Having a boy. My father’s name is Daniel and we already announced that we would be naming our son after him, that was until our doctors told us that we’re actually having a girl. We still want to name her after him, so please help is out with names similar in sound to Daniel, or maybe Spencer his middle name. Thanks!

My name is Jamie and I saw the name Jamison and thought it would be nice for my baby’s middle name. Her first name will be Diana, so how is Diana Jamison?

We are due with twin girls in a week! They will be joining brothers Emett and Maxwell. We have a list of names below that we like, please help us with middle names and give us any suggestions and opinions you may have. Once you see our list you will notice that we like names that correspond to eachother for the twins, and would like to keep it that way. Our last name is Kavannaugh if that helps. Thank you-Grace&William

Hello. My daughter Jessie is actually 9 so I haven’t named a baby in a long time. I am pretty sure my style has changed a lot since I named my first daughter Jessica. Now that I am having another girl, and don’t have any ideas, I would love to explore lots of interesting options. When I named my little girl, the first time, Jessica was the only name my boyfriend at the time and I agreed on. We both loved it and it suits her very well but I do think I played it fairly safe. Do you have any suggestions for our new baby girl? Thank you~ Stephanie

I posted here about names for twin boys a while ago and I think I have found the right combination. I did initially want to use Henry but I do think it is at the height of its popularity and I just don’t want that. I really like Simon and Elliot. What do you think? Please be honest and thank you!

My sister used this site and had a great experience, so I thought I would try it out. My husband is Collin and my name is Allison. We have a 3 year old son named Cobain James and I’m 6 months pregnant, gender is a surprise. We have no idea what to name this new baby. Cobain is pretty unique and we are having a hard time finding a name that goes well with it. We do like Wilder and Ashby (boys) and Landry and Marin (girls). Can you please help us find some more? We don’t want anything in the top 1000 or another musician’s name. Thank you! ~The Ruthems
