I posted about brother not being able to have kids. We are very close, but I like another name better that doesn’t go with his name yet I feel bad if I don’t name after him. I do like his name. Please help

Would you name your son--first name--after your brother if he couldn’t have kids of his own?

Alistair (Al-is-tur) is the Scottish/ Gaelic form of Alexander. Is it too unusual? Is Alexander too common? Thanks for your comments!

I’d like a feminine name that goes well with Olsen. (I love girls names that end in A, but they don’t seem to flow well.) I’m open to traditional and *somewhat* modern names, but would prefer to avoid very biblical ones (like Ruth or Esther). How are these three? Can you think of better ones? Thank you!

I’d like a really strong, masculine name that goes well with Olsen. I’m open to traditional and *somewhat* modern names, but would prefer to avoid very biblical ones (like Isaac, Jacob, Elijah, and Isaiah). How are these three? Can you think of stronger, more masculine ones that flow better? Thank you!

It’s Danielle and Ryan again: We’re looking for a name for our son, who is due in a few weeks. We have a daughter, Everleigh Paige (4). So far, these are the names we like so we’re looking for middles names and open for other suggestions. Thanks!

Hi. This my second poll. We’re hoping for some new suggestions tonight! My husband and I are looking for a middle name that has a connection to music...something that goes beyond Melody, Harmony, Lyric, and Lark. But, is not too crazy! Please help! (more info in first comment)
