I would love to use my grandmother’s name (Bernice) as a middle name. I am sold on the 1st name Reese. Is Reese Bernice too ridiculous sounding?

My sister just recently had twin girls, my sister is a dancer and always has been. She told us she was going to name her daughters Eva and Lindsey. We were all happy with the names she picked. She came home from the hospital with the two girls. Their blankets say Tapanga and Jazzmyn. She calls them Tap and Jazz. I’m so angry that she did this too her children. She thought it would be cute. Honestly what do you think? Shannon

HI! My name is Morgan Marie Brian, I am 16 years old and about to become a teen Mommy to a little girl (I am young trust me I know but I love my baby anyway, I am going to take responsibility for my mistake and I’m going to do the best I can do be a good mom for her and don’t worry I won’t get pregnant again for a long time). My baby’s father broke up with me when I told him that I’m pregnant and he has not spoken to me since, so he is not going to be a part of her life. Yes I will have help; My mother, Grandmother, Grandfather, Father and my 5 sisters will help me. Now I need to get a name prepared. For her middle name I think I would like to share my middle name with her which is odviously Marie. For first names I like old fashioned names I guess, like names that are popular now i guess. I will give some examples: Evalyn Marie, Kimberly Marie, Helena Marie, Emma Marie, Fiona Marie, Eleanor Marie, Rebecca Marie, Claire Marie, Meredith Marie, Nancy Marie, Annie Marie, Clara Marie, Margaret Marie nn Maggie, Lillian Marie, Pearl Marie and Belle Marie. I went over many names as you can see, Some of them are even family names (Claire, Margaret, Annie, Kimberly and Meredith). I understand that Marie is really common right now but I could really careless, I want my daughter and I to share middle names. Please give suggestions and if ANY of you have ANY parenting suggestions BECAUSE of the fact that I am young I would love to read it. And yes I am going to try and finish school and get a good job so I can provide for my daughter. Thank you so much for your help! ~Morgan Brian

Hi I’m looking for some very old fashioned names that would stand out as unique now a days. They can’t be popular like Katherine or Natalie. The name is for a girl. Thanks, Angie!

I saw Antigone (ann-tig-oh-nee) and thought it was a pretty name! WDYT? (Its for a girl). And its greek. I thought it was a sweet name, definetly not popular. Are there any teasing in this name? Will it age nicely? Thanks!

Which set of names do you like for twins? I want the name sets to be as they are, I just want to know which you think is cutest. I don’t want my girls to grow up thinking they are twins, and that is all they are. So I just need to know which names you think sounds best paired together?
