Hey, we’re having a little girl in 8 weeks and we’ve decided on Scarlett. However, we don’t know whether to spell her name "Scarlett" or "Scarlette". We think the latter looks more feminine, but we know that Scarlett is more conventional (Scarlett O’Hara, Scarlett Johanssen). We want to know everyone’s thoughts on this name, and also suggest middle names- the more, the better! We quite like Elise and hubby is OBSESSED with the name Rachel but I’m really not a fan. We have a son named Maximilian (Max) who is 2. Thanks! Rich and Becky

Aaron Bennett, Celeste Dakota, Eliza Felicity, and Gabriel Holden are getting a baby brother! We decided on the first name Isaac. His middle name is between Jacoby (my fav.), Jaques (DH’s fav.), and Jagger (the kids fav.). Thanks everyone.

I like unique names (like Kya) and he likes popular names (like Emily). We need some suggestions of first and middle names that fit with our naming choices. Thank you! Michelle and Josh

I really love both the names Audrie and Ella and after 7 months I’ve finally decided that I can’t pick between them and I thought combining them would be cute but what do you guys think? Middle name suggestions would be helpful as well.

Having trouble deciding if combining Emma and Lynn is too much, or is it better to leave them seperate. Thoughts?

Hubby and I have three children, twins Zachary Harrison James (Zach) and Matthew Benjamin John (Matt) (5) and Alice Scarlett May (2). We are now expecting our fourth, a little girl. Our children have two middle names, these names are after important people in our lives. We haven’t decided on a first name for our daughter but we have decided on the middle name, Paula Rose. With Alice, we used Scarlett a variation on hubbys sister’s name Charlotte and May after my mother. For the baby, Paula is after hubbys friend Paul who recently died and Rose after my sister Rosemary. As you can see we each picked a middle name (We did the same with Zach and Matt) the problem is my MIL, she is angry (to put it mildly) that we did not use her name (Jacqueline) in some way. Hubby has talked to her about it and said that it has nothing to do with her, but that he would like to honour his friend (Paul). She now thinks that I should use her name instead of my sisters. We have both talked to her but she is not backing down and making this process difficult for us. Any solutions are much appreciated!
