I saw the name Schmoopie in a baby name book! I laughed until I couldn’t! How ridiculous is than name, I mean other than a pet name for a loved one! It was too funny and I thought I would share it with all of you!

Sophia would have nn of Sophie, Katherine would have nn of Kate, and Claire would have no nn. Phoebe is a definite part of the name (doesn’t have to be 1st but sounds better as 1st name) What do you think?

Hey, Sasha again. We love the name Islie (pronounced EYE-lee), but people have been saying they would pronounce it IS-lee. We’re now in a position where we’re no longer certain on the name. We were thinking Isla (EYE-lah) which is more familiar and would be mpre likely to be pronounced correctly (Isla Fisher, Wedding Crashers). Also, Should we spell Islie a different way so that it would be pronounced EYE-lee? (E.g. Ilie, Ilee, Eilie, Eilee)? The name Eileen is pronounced correctly, and taking the "n" off would be pronounced EYE-lee. Would this be odd, though? We still love the original spelling. Help! Also mn suggestions please. Other children are Aida Cecilia and Andre Daniel (4). Thanks, Sasha and Bruce Dean

Hi there. I like both first names Ashley and Summer for our second daughter. But can’t decide. Plus, I’m not sure if I like Summer Lynn as much as Ashley Summer, but cannot think of another middle name for Summer. Any thoughts? Thanks! Audra
