My husband and I are at the very beginning of the naming process. We talked names a bit before we were even pregnant, but it’s evident our style has changed a bit since then. We are basically looking for anything you can think of that fits this criteria: nothing common, but nothing made up; unique is good; mythological, ancient, Gaelic, or fantasy-like are good (but not required); if the name is three syllables or more it must have a nickname option. We are looking for both male and female suggestions. Thank you!
My husband and I would like to know your top 3 names for a boy and a girl as we’re trying to find name ideas but we’re not sure of our style we want.
We are expecting twins! We don’t know the genders yet, but have decided on our favorite set for each combo. I’ll put them in the first comment. We now need your help with middle names for them. Thanks. ~ Matthew and Mackenzie
Hey guys. Me and my husband Callum are having our very first child and it’s a girl. We really want her middle name to be Brooke, but we can’t come up with any first names! Suggestions wouldn’t be amazing. :)
-Lauren, Callum, and babygirl
I’m still trying to narrow down my names for Andrew David Scott(6)little brother or sister. Of the names i will post in the comments can you tell me you favourite, least favourite and why.
I like these combos:
B/B: Spencer & Sawyer
B/G: Austin & Aubrey or Asher & Amber or Ryder & Rylie
G/G: Aimee & Aisha or Ava & Ayla...
obviously I like quite "matchy" names :) but thats just my preferance, whats yours?
My husband and I love these names, help us decide which ones to use! Names in first comment. Thanks!
We are having a little girl and I can’t seem to find any names I like. Everything sounds the same after a while. Any suggestions would be great. I do not want anything that ends in a long E sound. Any other ending is fine. Middle name suggestions would also be helpful. Thanks so much
I am looking for an underused name for our son. We have older twins called Valerie and Joe (Joe being our son’s full name). The name of our new baby boy doesn’t have to match but we don’t want anything popular. Elise and Mark Fletcher
Lila’s twin needs a name. At first I thought of Mia but I feel it’s just a bit plain and boring. I’m looking for a name that is girly, spunky and in the same or a similar style to Lila. They need to sound good together but not be overly matchy. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you
I despise unisex names, I especially hate it when people use boy names on girls like Dylan, which means "SON of the sea". I used Dylan as an example because it’s becoming more popular on girls, and it’s a name that I really wanted to use for my son, who is due is August. I have a son named Aaron Jude (4) and a daughter named Naomi Brielle (16 months. Please suggest boy names that are "all boy" and not unisex, thank you.
My husband has loved the name Katie for years, but we don’t love any of the full names for it. We have family members named Katherine, Kathleen seems too old, etc. What do you think? Can Katie stand on its own? Thanks!
