Does anyone think the name Embry fits for a girl? If so, any middle name suggestions? I am still debating on this name... Needing opinions.

We are thinking about naming our baby girl this. Daddy’s first name is Cameron, so the middle name stays. Lotus is my favorite flower and it has very powerful meaning in my life. We know it’s different, but please keep an open mind. Her nickname would be Lottie. Thanks! :)

I am wanting to name my daughter after my Grandfather, who means a lot to my husband and I. I have had three girls so far, and have always wanted to name my little boy "Emory" after my grandfather, but we never got lucky with boys! My husband and I would love to name our 4th daughter after him since it seems that we can’t have little boys, but is Emory too manly for a little girl? ALSO, if you have any suggestions on how to spell it more "feminine" please, please, please give us your suggestions! ONE more thing...If you think Emory would be a better first name for our daughter, could you give us first names that would go well with Emory as the middle name? *We’ve thought of these spellings: Emory, Emery, Emerie, Emarie, Emry, Emri, Emrie* Any opinions? Thanks so much for the help, -David & Karen

Hello! My husband and I are welcoming our first child and we’re quickly learning that the naming process is a lot harder than it seems. I want a name that is spunky and a little edgy whereas my husband wants something very prim and proper...it’s not easy to find a name for each gender that is a mix of those two very different styles. One thing we have agreed on is middle names: Harrison for a boy (after my husband’s father who is no longer with us) and Jean for a girl (after my mother). Do you think you can try to help us find a happy medium for our child’s first name? Thank you all so much! ~Ross & Sharon
