My late brothers nickname was CJ. We dont know the gender of this baby, but want his/her initials to be CJ. We wont likely call the baby that, but just want those initials. I like really trendy names and dh likes old fashioned/Biblical names. Please give a few of your favorite C first name and J middle name suggestions for each gender. Please only a few, not an overwhelming list :)

Hi! I have a question about your idea of a ‘perfect sibset’. Is it just me, or do any of you feel the need for your children’s names to match perfectly? For example, if I name my first son Frederick with the nickname of Fred, then I feel as though all my children will have to have a long ‘classic’ name with a nickname. Similarly, if I name my first child Hunter, all my other children would have a ‘modern’ name. I’m worried that by choosing my first child’s name, I will box my self into a theme that eventually I will get tired of. Is this just my perfectionist brain or do others feel like this too? Do you think that once my second child is born, (I’m expecting my first in a few months time) my perspective will change and a ’theme’ won’t matter? I appreciate your opinions!

I’ve always loved the name Gretchen, but my married last name is now Grendie. So do I have to give up on this name? My husband also likes the name and picked Emelia for her middle name. What do you think of Gretchen Emelia Grendie? Thanks.

My husband and I are expecting a little girl and we have a list of names I will post in the first comment. They don’t really have a theme as some are really popular and other are not at all(I think).

Due to complications, this will be our one and only baby, a boy! We want him to share part of each of our names or a variation. My husbands name is Jeremy Charles and my name is Nicolette Alaina Gray (my maiden name is Gray) So the names we came up with are Jeremiah, Charles, Nicholas, Lane, and Grayson but if you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear them! Please help us make a fantastic name.

Patrick, Lachlan and Jay. I can’t just choose two. So he will either have a double first name or a double middle. Also, our last name is 3 syllables and starts with an R .
