I sort of like Renee haven’t asked hubby about it yet though. I really love nickname Ren! Not a Lauren fan. What do you think of Renee and which middle name? the classics are staying.

Hi Everyone! I’m thinking about using the name Makenna as a mn because it honors my mom & dad (Ken & Donna = Makenna). While I’m not in LOVE with the name, I think it’s cute and I especially like that it honors my parents. Should I use it as a mn even though it’s not my favorite?

I was one that had a list of 3 "popular" names - 2 in top 20 an one in top 50 then I came across Gwen which seems to rank nowhere - I am the one who posted the Gwenyth Gwenna Gwennan poll yesterday. I am loving this name, but when I ask friends and family thinking they will appreciate a new idea they still pick my top 20 names. Obviously I know its my child, my decision, but I don’t see Gwen as a strange, unusal name... its not near as weird as some of the stuff I’ve seen here - you just don’t have one in every class. Do you worry what friends and family will think or not so much... One of my other names that is not a real popular choice is Tessa - I really expected a warmer reaction to that one too, but nope.....

I’m so excited to annouce that were naming out baby girl Jane! To me the expression "Plain Jane" is gone because I’ve been on here awhile and all I see is "Plain Olivia and Sophia." It’s refreshing and time to make a come back! Which middle name for Janie?

Hi! We are expecting our first baby girl. We love these names: Caroline, Carolyn and Carolina but can’t decide which is the best. We would call her Carrie. We have 3 middle name options - all of them are family names. Please help us to decide with your votes and comments! Many thanks ~ Melinda and David Matthews
