I did post this poll before but I included middle names and I think that may have driven the votes more than I expected. What we’re really having trouble with is picking a first name. So, please let us know which you like best!

We want a badass male movie character name for our son’s middle name. Eli from Book of Eli, McClane from Did Hard, or Creasy from Man on Fire?

What do you think of these names for a boy? I know they are all a bit unusual and old-fashioned, but does that matter? Can you suggest good nicknames for any of them? Thanks!

Hi all. I’m 34, due my first any day soon after 8 years of trying. I’ve had a name in mind for years if, by some miracle I became pregnant with a little girl. When here I am, and I just can’t wait to meet her. Thing is, my 17 year old cousin has just given birth to a baby girl (much to the entire families surprise) (it’s true, you can’t make this stuff up)) and named her the exact name I had planned only to announce at our daughters birth. I’m gutted. I don’t know what to do. I don’t have any other names in mind. I can’t name my daughter the exact same name, can I? I know it sounds silly, but it has brought my excitement about announcing the name right down... Can you suggest some names? Thank you -Jennifer

We are expecting our second daughter. My husband loves the name Juno but I would prefer a longer first name (our last name is four letters, one syllable). What do you think of Juniper Olive (Juno)? Siblings are Alexander (Xander) and Madelyn (Maddy) -- I’m not sure how well Juniper (Juno) goes with the other names. Also, my great-grandmother’s name was Olive, so it is a family name.
