Our favorite girls names are in the first comment. What first/middle combos do you like?
My husband and I are expecting our first child (a boy). He loves old fashioned, traditional names, his favourites being William, Edward, Robert and Neil. Our last name is Smith and I think this makes the names TOO common and traditional. I would rather use a more modern, unusual name like Deane, Luke, Corbin or Ethan. I don’t mind a more traditional name as a mn but my husband is determined to use it as a first name. What do you think?
Hello ladies and gents! This is 100% for fun since things have been tense (to say the least) on here lately. In the comments please tell us a name that you didn’t use for your baby that you almost did or wanted to. Also feel free to tell us the reason why! This will be interesting and entertaining. Have fun. :)
We posted this last night but got very little response. tell us what you think of the names on our list. Names will be in the 1st comment. Thanks! -Grace and Ben
Jim and Pam Bishop again. Last Friday night we had our daughter Fiona Madeline. Thank you to all who commented and helped us pick out the name
Unique boy names that you have heard that you like! Nothing real common!
These are my husband and i’s first children together. He has Courtney Anne (21) and Declan Finn (7). I have Samantha Irene (17) Elizabeth Grace (14) and Faith Christine (11). We are really stumped and need your help coming up with names for our twins. Please offer fn and mn suggestions. Last name is three syllables and starts with a G. Thanks~ Frank, Rachel, Courtney, Sam, Lizzie, Faith, and Declan
What is your favorite "old lady" name? I really like older/vintage names for girls but need some suggestions. I know these are coming back into style, but I would like to stay away from the really common ones like Olivia and Sophia. Please don’t give me a whole list of names, just one per post please! Really long lists are overwhelming, so I would like to just know everyone’s favorite. Thanks!
I thought it would be fun to list the most popular names from each decade.
80’s - Jennifer, Jessica, Jason, Michael
90’s - Kelly, Alyssa, Kaitlyn
00’s - Ava, Isabella, Ethan
