Which way would be the best spelling?
Recently, we lost two close family friends in an automobile accident. We’d like to honor them by giving our daughter a combonation of their names; Maddy and Kevin. (Because Madden is real name, versus Kaddy, which sounded off...) But how should we spell it? We’re worried the the -yn ending makes it seem too trendy, but I don’t know. Elizabeth stays for sure as her first name, and older sister is Jane Tiffany. Thanks, Gretchen and Jonathan St. Clair
What do you think? Middle names?
Both the first names stay, but the only requirements for the middle names is that they’ve gotta flow... Here are a few middle names to give you an idea of what I like: Mitchell, Vincent, Jacob, Westly, Addison*(is unisex) and Elijah
Do you like Carmindy? We can’t agree on a name. I like Mindy, my husband likes Carmen, so we combined them and we both sort of like Carmindy.
We need little boy names .......... we aren’t sure if we’re having a boy or a girl but are looking for little boy names that go well with our 3 year old little girl, Kristine Marie. Any ideas? We’d like to use one of these family names as the middle name. Which do you like?
It’s another girl!! My husband and I are pregnant again with another little girl, but she needs a name! Her older sisters all have more female-yet-unisex names, and we would like to continue this pattern. Sisters are: Quinn Emerald, Rowan Monet, Grier Briony, and Olive Valentine. Our previous middle-name-choosing-process was easy enough because we chose from family names, but the only family names left that seem to be usable are Pearl and Atticus (yes, we know it’s a male name, but we would still use it). The only first names we can think of are Teague (Teeg) and Wren (Ren, like hen), but are absolutely open to more options! Thanks so much!!-- Jacqueline and Mike
