This is a rather specific request, and thanks in advance! I cannot seem to think of any boys names that have the long "I" sound, as in Michael (MY-kul). I don’t want to use Michael, and I would love help with finding other long "I" sound names. THANK YOU!!!

I can’t decide on what to do - my husband wants to name our boy John after my father and call him John. I like the idea of honoring my dad but don’t really like John and Jack is already used alot in my family. Any ideas - would you just do the family name or push for something else that I like better..
