Does Marnie for a girl need a full name, like Marna or Marina? My second choice is Lola. My son is Oliver.

Can Hope be used for a boy?(We would always have it in the middle name slot) I think it can because Hope itself isn’t for girls, I think Hope is a beautiful thing and don’t see why it can’t be used for a boy, as everyone feels hope. My partner however isn’t too sure, even though we will definitely give our baby boy a masculine first name, wdyt? ~Lucy & Daniel

I recently watched this documentary on an ancient Scottish village called Skara Brae and I’m absolutely in love with the way the name you think it’s usable for a girl? And since we have Scottish heritage I thought it would be a nice way to blend our baby’s name into our ancestry?

gia’s full name is Gianna and she often goes by gia or Gigi. Would baby sister’s name of Eva work? Or too similar?

Lakes are really important to my husband and me especially Lake Michigan and Lake Hamlin. We would love to name our son after a lake and are considering Hamlin, Huron or something to do with Michigan. Please help us pick something!

I really like -ette and -elle endings for names. For a boy we’ve picked Emmett. Names we don’t use may be used for future siblings, although I don’t want their names to be too similar. So we’re not sure on saving them. Others we like are Ellette, Allette, and Bellette, although I’m not sure if they sound too made-up or will age well. If you’re picking Junelle/Junette or Jinelle/Ginelle please let us know which one you prefer. We’re open to suggestions as well. I really like the opportunity for nicknames too - June, Ginny, and Jules. Thanks!

Hi again! Didn’t get much feedback from the last poll, so please eliminate some names from the list in the first comment. Thank you!

We are about to be blessed with two more little bundles of joy, as we are having b/g twins. We have found a few names we like but are open to other suggestions. As we don’t know which one will be born first we need names that go both ways. They will be joining older siblings; Ashleigh Simone, Stella Grace, Gabrielle Elyse, Emmett Mitchell, Melissa Jane and Jensen Dean. Please note that one of their names has to start with a D depending on which one is born first.
