My husband and I, after much debate, have finally decided to name our little girl Ailish/Ailysh/Aylish. We just can’t decide on the spelling. Ailish is tradition, the other two are variants. It is a Scottish name. Any mn suggestions? Thanks! L.C.

Our baby is due on 18 March and we opted not to find out the gender of the baby. If we have a girl her name will be Mikayla Jade. We are trying to figure out a boy’s name with Daddy’s initials of MJA. We have tons of Michaels and Matthews on both sides of the family so we have to stay away from those names. If you have any other suggestions of names with initials MJ we are excited to hear them. Thanks so much - Missy and Mike

Calyssa (Caly) and Dosten are getting a brother. Please help up pick a name. Other names are welcome these are just ones we like so far. Middle names would be a big help too. Thanks a bunch. Ellie and Dray

Mattea was the name I initially fell in love with. It is not very popular, yet not unusual. It seems there are a lot of negative perceptions out there. Is it the unfamiliarity? Don’t want to bestow a name on our girl if it is thought of in a negative way. Pronunciation issues, association with boy names? I think it is pretty and tea (taya) is a sweet nn. Would love to hear your thoughts. Why or Why not.

I think I have decided on Autumn!! Thanks so much! Now, on to middle names! I was thinking that it should start with an L bc my initials are ALO and my husbands are hers would be ALO as well. Or, her great grandmother’s name is Ruby, so I was thinking of going with that? or another name that means red, to honor her? Any suggestions are welcome, even if they do not start with L or mean red!
