What do you think about Duke as a middle name for my little boy? Too odd, weird? Please be honest!

I’d like my son to have a unique name. Please tell me what you think and if you have other unique name suggestions I’d love to hear them.

Hi! I’m pregnant and need some help to choose a middle name for my child. If it’s a girl we’ll name her Liv; if it’s a boy, Nino. My husband is Polish and I’m German-american, so if it’s possible we’d like some suggestions of names from our culture. Thanks! Konrad and Brigitte

Hi! I’m expecting a baby boy due in three months. My husband and I had our name picked out - Jacob. Our favorite thing about it was how we could also call him "Jake" in a casual sort of way (not as official as a nickname, but just a shorter version of the name that still qualified as a real name). Well, that vampire/werewolf movie came out, and we’re horrified at the idea of people thinking we named our baby after the character. Our daughter is already named Bella, and we really can’t use Jacob anymore without people thinking we’re strange. So, do any of you have any ideas of boy names that can be shortened to boyish nicknames? Please stick to traditional boy names - we don’t want our little man to be confused for a girl. Thanks so much!
