Ironically my husband and I both have mothers named elizabeth except one goes by elizabeth and the other goes by betty. we are having our first child and a daughter, and thought it would be real nice to honor them.. however, we’re not really big fans of eliza, or alisabeth or any different spelling, and my sister would never let me live it down if i used elizabeth because it is so popular, plus we don’t want her to be pushed into just another nickname like liz.. so one day, i’m not sure how we came across it but some how we realized fn alyssa mn beth sounds ilke elizabeth.. alyssa is more of our style for a name too, so we really liked it! what do you think? you can vote for alyssa beth, elizabeth if you’d rather just that, or elisabette which is just like more of a variation, so if you would prefer a variation or woul dlike to suggest one.. thank you!! me and kellan!

Please be honest with these names. Plumbington is a family name, thought it might sound cute w/prudy. I have heard though Prudence is really popular now also so worry number 2. And how about Tyler for a girl? Too boyish? Thanks Diane

We have a daughter named Emma and son Tanner and would like to name our next, if it’s a girl, Brenna. Is that too close?

How do you like the name Adair for a girl? A hear a lot of people say it’s a boys name but i know it’s unisex and to me it’s very feminine but what do you think of it for a girl’s name? thank you.

We really love Callan Joy but we got mixed reviews as to the name’s femininity. Her nn will be Callie. What does everyone think? Feminine enough or too boyish? Thanks! Oh, and please be kind with the comments!
