This will be our second child. We have one son Zian Lei-6 (nn Zi, adopted from china). The doctors say its a girl but my husband wants to have a boys name ready just in case (hes paranoid). If it is a girl we will name her Zara Leia. We want a "Z" name for this baby to. What do u think about these three???

We are expecting our second daughter. We already have one little girl, who is only 11 months (she’ll be 14 months when little sister comes), and her name is Autumn Grace. Now, we really like Alyssa, but my mom doesnt want us to because she thinks it is too similar to Autumn, which I don’t see except for the first letter. Autumn’s middle name, Grace, is after my mother, so we decided to use Madeleine after my husband’s mother. We might also consider Madelyn. Please help us decide. We would appreciate it if you leave comments rather than just vote. Thanks!

We need help naming our third baby! We have Michael Jonathan (Mikey) (Michael is after my dad and Jonathan is after my husband) and Trisha Clotilde (Clotilde is after my mom). We aren’t sure about any of these names we want a name that reflects on of our nationalitys. I’m 1/2 British and 1/2 French. My husband is 1/2 irish and 1/2 german. We were thinking maybe Derek Bryant or Bryant need mn. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey guys, Rebecca again. I just thought I’d say that my husband and I have narrowed it down to Leila (or Lila), Heidi and Madeleine. He’s coming round to Heidi after meeting a woman named Heidi the other day. He’s not 100% though. Need middle names to go with these. Possibly Leila Madeleine, Heidi Madeleine, don’t know what goes with f/n Madeleine. I also quite like Islie, from a poll above my previous one. We think we’ll go for Sean James for a baby boy. Thanks for your help, keep the comments coming! Rebecca and Richard

Hi. These are three names that we are thinking of for our soon to be born son. The middle name is a family surname that gets handed down. The First names are all family names from my or hubby’s side that we like. Please help us decide. Thanks in advance.. Jackie & Rob

I am due next month with a girl! I am so excited! Now, I love John Denver and his song Sunshine on my Shoulders. I have always adored it. Now that I am older (39) I understand the real meaning of the song and I am so moved. However, To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite novel ever and I fell in love with the names Atticus and Harper. I was not to keen on the name Scout. I think it was because of her character’s personality at first, but all in all...I do sort of dig it. Can you all please lend some opinions? I would really appreciate your time and help! Thank you!~Katharine (P>S...My last name really is Lee. That was just a coincidence)

Hey. I like the ending "ie" for a little girl as it is really cute. I love Islie (pronounced EYE-lee) but my partner prefers Rhysie (pronounced REE-see). My sister Amber suggested Lyndsie. We love the middle name Elise. Islie Elise looks too similar, but sounds different. Other middle name suggestion is Emme (pronounced Emm-uh). If you can think of any other first or middle names, we would be so grateful. Thanks, Sasha and Bruce.

Hey everyone. Never tried anything like this before, but I stumbled across it and thought I’d give it a try. I’m Rebecca and my husband is Richard. We are expecting our first and the baby is due in late May. We are really unsure of what to call it. For a boy, Richard likes the name Danny, and I like the name Daniel. I said to call him Daniel because then we can call him Danny for short, but he is unsure. I also like Charlie, but Richard’s middle name is Charles and he dislikes it. For middle names, I like James (after my stepdad, who brought me up) and he likes Sean (after his brother, who died as a baby). Both these names mean a lot to us and we are both stubborn. What shall we do? Now, for a girl (sorry this poll is very long!), I have always loved the name Heidi. Richard isn’t too keen. He likes Rachel, but I dislike it. We can’t decide on anything. Please help us, or suggest other names so we might be able to agree on something! Rebecca and Richard Collins, England.

Hi everyone! I’m pregnant with my fifth baby, due in mid-September. We found out it’s a girl. But I need help deciding the name. I’m Michelle Ryan. My husband is Jeff. Our kids are: Alexis Michelle (15 1/2), Joanna Gloria (12 1/2), Robert Spenser, called Robbie (almost 10), and Lucia Emily (almost 8). We decided to try for one more baby. We were hoping to give Robbie a brother, but we’re still happy to be having a girl. We’ve pretty much decided her middle name: James, after my brother. But I wanted to see what others thought of a girl having James as her middle name. My friend’s sister had a daughter named Hannah Joseph, which I didn’t think was too bad sounding. Anyway, but we’re stuck between two first names: Cara James and Hailey James. So what do you guys think? ~Michelle Ryan P.S. If we do go with a middle name other than James, it will be either Eileen (my middle name) or Brianna (after Jeff’s brother Brian). All the kids’ middle names are family names (Michelle is my name, Gloria is my mother-in-law, Spenser was my maiden name, and Emily is my mom’s name).
