Fun! Baby Name Polls
Hone your baby naming skills and help others. Which baby names are best?
We love the names Callie and Ana for a girl, however we don't know if they are too short. What are your opinions, as we dont really like nicknames. I am also from an italian background, so not sure if we could incorporate that into the name somehow, like Giuliana.
Baby 2 on the way, who will be joining elder sister Sofia Rose. Boys name is set to Brandon Patrick. Please vote for a girls name!
Hi i have a pretty long list of names so you can eliminate 1-2 names. This is for a character in my book. Born c. 1815 and is about 20-22 years old(not all the names are from that time, though) He works as a miner in Georgia, USA. His personality is not determined yet, but probably compassionate and willing to help. He has dark -blue-grey eyes and brown hair. He has two older siblings named James Arthur and Abigail Louise. The names will be in the first comment. Last name is Atherton. Thank you for your help!
We have 5 children. Ian Adrian (12), Ivan Taylor (10), Isla Rhys (4), Isabella Parker (3), and Irena Brighton (1). Please suggest names for baby #6, a baby boy. Thank you, the Glenn Family.
I made this same poll last night. Two names tied and the other was pretty close too so I'm trying one more time. Siblings are Lucas John and Amelia Claire.
*READ THIS FIRST* Do you think people will naturally nickname a boy named Richard, "Dick"??
Is this to be expected?
Deciding between naming our daughter Elizabeth James with nickname Elise or naming her Maisie or Sophie. My middle name is Elizabeth and my partners middle name is James. :)
Which spelling ?
We desperately need a baby girl name (we have a boy name nailed down) for our #3. He or she will be joining older siblings Beckett and Maisie. We have looked and looked and can't decide. Here are some favorites, for style help:
— Clara (can't use, unfortunately!)
— Evie (I like this one, pronounced EE-vee, but a) am concerned of people saying "Ehvee," and b) I don't think it stands alone well. I don't care for Eve, Eva, or Evelyn, and I like Genevieve, but think it might be a mouthful, especially with our older kids)
— Felicity (I like this one but don't love that it's so long without a good nickname option)
— Audrey (too common and too easily confused with Aubrey)
As you can tell, I'm not easily pleased. :( I welcome opinions and new ideas!
